Sweet Detox Smoothie with Pomegranate Dandelion & Cilantro
The morning is the perfect time to rejuvenate your body for the day with healing foods. My favorite breakfast is a green smoothie, as nothing gives me more energy and zest. I also know that I am giving my body nourishing high vibrational foods that will uplift and gently detox the body.
Green smoothies are one of the best ways to get fresh organic fruits and vegetables into your diet daily without working hard. My most recent green smoothie came out so much better than I expected, so I definitely wanted to share it with you. Although it contains more than a few ingredients, they all work in synergy for that naturally sweet taste. Each ingredient also has its own healing and nutritional benefits to the body.

This smoothie recipe makes about 40 oz of rich healing green goodness which I usually drink myself in the morning. It is a filling breakfast which has also been helpful on the go when relaxing mornings weren't an option. I've also enjoyed green smoothies as a potent snack in the middle of the day or in the evening. Here is an article that I wrote about GMO foods which may encourage you to also eat organic.
True health and beauty begin from the inside out! Plus organic healing foods make you feel so good... so drink up!
